It breathes in the belly, whispers
between heartbeats, and stirs in the
silence when you finally let yourself
feel what you've been carrying.
I’m Chana. I help people find
their way there.

The kind of depth that comes from years of inner work, from facing what's hard, from learning to be present with all of it: the beautiful, the painful, the scary, the tender.
I've spent decades immersing myself in healing practices — breathwork, IFS, coaching, somatic work, EMDR, psychedelics, and more — not to collect badges, but in search of my own healing. It has fueled me to support other to find their own way back to wholeness. These tools have woven their way into my being, and when we work together, they weave their way into our relationship, not as masks, but as balms.
What I offer isn't a program or a protocol. It's a space where you can finally stop performing and start feeling. Where nothing is too unbearable, no cry too ugly, no blossoming too wondrous. Where you are held with the kind of presence that says, "I see you. I hear you. I'm not going anywhere."

" Chana brings together a strong understanding of multiple therapeutic approaches with a remarkable intuition and a deeply attuned presence. In working with her, I was able to access and process some very deep blocks surprisingly quickly. It led to one of the most meaningful and transformative therapy sessions I’ve had."

“Working with Chana Mason was one of the most meaningful and transformative experiences I’ve had on my healing journey. Chana holds a space that is both deeply compassionate and skillfully guided. Her presence is tender, attuned, and nonjudgmental—but equally important, she brings the tools, wisdom, and intuition needed to help you navigate and integrate what arises. I am incredibly grateful to have worked with her, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Chana to anyone who feels called to do deep, intentional inner work.”

“Like all angels that Hashem sent my way through my journey, Chana came into my life at precisely the right moment. What I love about working with Chana is her directness her courage to say what needs to be said, while at the same time being so nurturing and supportive. I find this to be such a rare combination. It's very easy to fall into the direct mode, but then a practitioner might become tough and not so sensitive. And at the other end of the spectrum, you might have a facilitator or therapist who is very gentle and very empathizing, but then you might not feel like you're getting a lot of work done. Chana has this rare combination of, on the one hand, being so direct and saying what needs to be said—almost like putting up a mirror in front of you where you can truly see yourself—but at the same time, her warmth and her nurturing and holding is exceptional.”
