There is a kind of knowing that lives in the body. It guides the breath and murmurs in the belly. It whispers in the quiet space between one heartbeat and the next.
I help people find their way back to that.”

What matters is that

you feel held and seen, so that what you’ve

been carrying for a very

long time finally gets

to breathe.

I don’t have all the answers. But I have a deep trust in the wisdom of life, faith in the healing process, and connection to the Divine I bring into every space I inhabit.

I’m Chana.

And if you’ve found your way here, something in you is probably already brewing.

A gathering around Chana’s Shabbat table

or decades, I've been called to dig deep, face fears, embrace darkness, heal ancient wounds, and fall in love with myself. And somewhere along the way, I became someone who could hold others in a way that lets them finally stop performing and start feeling.

I’ve gleaned insights and harvested tools that support others through spiritual midwifery, where no pain is too unbearable, no cry too ugly, no blossoming too wondrous. People come in my door feeling they can lean into that. As if in the loving regard of a grandmother who sees their beauty.

I’ve spent years learning how to hold space, not just intellectually, but in my bones, for the kind of transformation that doesn’t happen in a single hour or “aha” moment. It emerges gently. In the way a seed doesn’t announce itself before it blooms. That’s the work. Everything else is just the how.

My Jerusalem home is designed for connected gathering: meals, music, healing, and the kind of conversation that only happens when someone finally feels safe enough to be themselves.

Shabbat is the heartbeat of our lives. Every week, the table is full, and the bounty isn’t just in the colorful vegan fare but in what happens when people slow down together, stop producing, and start being. I’ve watched that shift around my table more times than I can count, and it’s taught me more about healing than any training ever has.

There’s an energy I’ve grown into that feels deeply feminine, of the earth, of roots, of slow and steady nourishment. It’s the energy of the wisdom keeper who doesn’t need to raise her voice to be heard. The one who brews the tea, tends the garden, and somehow, through her presence, makes everything feel a little more okay.

Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in a wide range of healing practices: Breathwork. Internal Family Systems. Somatic practices. EMDR. The Work of Byron Katie. NLP. Jewish Spiritual Therapy. Psychedelic-assisted therapy. Family Constellations. I didn’t pursue them to collect credentials, but rather to seek my own way back to wholeness. I learn them for my own healing, and their beauty spills over in the service to my clients

These aren’t a menu of tools I offer. They’re threads I’ve woven into my own being, like those I’ve gleaned from parenting, friendship, and intuiting energy. When we work together, whatever wants to emerge, emerges. I follow you.

Meditation has been a lifesaving companion that guides me back to the stillness beneath everything, to my ever-expanding heart, to the magnificence of life. It has infused my prayer with a richness and fiery aliveness that makes Divine service a celebration.

I’ve translated that into hundreds of guided Jewish meditations, inviting you to come home to yourself and expand into the greatness of your soul. You can find them here.

This work isn’t for everyone. And that’s okay. My clients have already begun their journey and have experience with inner work. They feel ready to go deeper, not for a quick fix but for a homecoming, an unfolding, an expansion of consciousness.

They are patient with themselves (even though some of their parts might be in a rush). Because real change doesn’t happen on a timeline. But it does emerge when you’re ready to show up, not to perform healing, but to allow it. If that’s you, if these words are tugging at something quiet inside you, then I’d love to talk.

I felt a tremendous
healing energy, and her compassion for each of
us was so present.

“I was first introduced to Chana through her meditations, which she began sharing with the global community after October 7. During such a dark and devastating period, she created space for us to grieve together and strengthen each other, offering healing and tikkun olam. There was a light about her that helped guide us through it.
I then coincidentally met Chana in Jerusalem at synagogue during Pesach. There was a magnetism that drew me to her—her smile was genuine and radiant, and she was so approachable. It was as if I knew her. And then I realized the connection—she was the one whose meditations I had been attending.
I went up to her and shared how I knew her, and she embraced me with the warmest hug and immediately opened her home to my husband and me.
After that, I had the opportunity to attend a breathwork workshop with her in Jerusalem, and it was powerful. It was a space she created for women—especially those holding trauma—where you could truly let go. Whether that meant tears, sounds, even releasing things you don’t usually feel safe expressing, it was all held with such care and without judgment. I felt a tremendous healing energy, and her compassion for each of us was so present. I felt truly cared for.
Chana facilitates connection—with community and within yourself: mind, body, and soul. She takes the time to support you on life’s journey, and even helps connect you with others to partner with along the way.”
